Abstract
- The article discusses a case study of pharmaceutical outsourcing including pharmaceutical companies Acasti and CordenPharma to extractomega-3 fatty acids from krill. It states that the task need required amount omega-3S—eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) extracting for Acasti's product, called CaPre. Comments by Pierre Lemieux from Acasti, are included.
