Abstract
- The article reports that Gow-Gates and inferior alveolar nerve block (IANB) offers higher rate of anesthesia as compared to other tecniques. It focuses on the randomized clinical trial to compare the effects of local anesthesia using the Gow-Gates nerve block (GGNB) technique, the inferior alveolar nerve block (IANB) technique, and a combination of both techniques (GGNB plus IANB) in patients with irreversible pulpitis in a mandibular molar.
