Abstract
- Four complexes, Ln2(C6H5SO2)6(H2O)3 <f>·</f> 2.25H2O (C6H5SO2 = 2-thiopheneacetic acid, Ln = Ce (1), Pr (2), Nd (3), Sm (4)), have been synthesized with hydrothermal route. The X-ray diffraction analyses reveal that they are characterized by the 1D structure and fluorescence studies show they display interesting luminescent properties in solid state.
