This research aimed to investigate whether the managers of plasterer Pernambuco's Cluster know, attach importance and use information for decision-making, resulting from the Operational Risk Management. It was found that, in general, the managers of the companies belonging to the plasterer Cluster, do not know the operational risk concepts, however, they attribute a high degree of importance for the information generated arising from it.
