Abstract

In this paper, the deflection equation of orthotropic circular plate under the uniformed load on center was derived and solved. Based on the physical properties of unidirectional fiber reinforced composite laminated plate, the balance equations of orthotropic circular plate was established by cylindrical coordinates. The general solution of laminated plate deflection of the homogeneous equation had been found. Based on the boundary condition, the loading condition and the continuity of the deflection, the rotation angle, the bending moment and the shear of the laminated plate, the special solution of the deflection equation of the laminated plate was obtained. Compared the analytical solution with the numerical solution, it can be found that the theoretical solution of the deflection equation of the laminated plate agrees well with the numerical solution. The theoretical solution of the deflection equation can provide the reference for the research of unidirectional fiber reinforced composite laminated plate in the future. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
