Impacto de la ciencia y la innovación en Cuba: avances y desafíos.

The work was carried out with the objective of analyzing the main limitations of science and innovation in Cuba, with emphasis in the context of the scientific institutions of the province of Santiago de Cuba. For the development of the research, theoretical and empirical studies were carried out, which allowed the evaluation of the main aspects addressed in the study. In order to contribute to reversing the defined deficiencies, the impact management process is proposed, which by its characteristics is presented as an institutional strategy, linked to society, based on the project.
