Abstract

The article analyzes the level of provision of agricultural organizations with specific categories of workers in the Stavropol Region. The level of education and the age composition of workers in agricultural organizations are determined in this paper. It is revealed that the human resources capacity of the region's agriculture is formed in conditions of decreasing quantitative and qualitative characteristics of rural labor resources.
