Abstract: The article focuses on the report which presents the introduction and use of new technologies implemented by Russian Army. Topics discussed including the growing array of new air defense weapons systems and combat support elements that could be included in Russia's A2/AD capability; investment by Russia in development of Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance ; and capabilities of air defense of Russia.
