Abstract: The article focuses on the effect of pasture versus indoor feeding systems on raw milk composition and the quality over an entire lactation and fatty acids, α-linolenic acid and eicosenoic acid were labelled in reverse order, as were behenic acid and each are correlated with same feeding system.
