We present the case of a hypertensive patient, who presents with pain in the right hypochondrium stabbing, associated with weight loss of approximately 60 pounds. Hepatobiliary ultrasound: Hepatomegaly with heterogeneous parenchyma secondary to multiple focal lesions, highly suggestive of metastatic liver disease. Contrasting abdominopelvic tomography: Hepatomegaly with irregular hypodense images towards the periphery of the liver suggestive of metastasis.
