Abstract: The article reports on the admission in court made by Michael D. Cohen, former lawyer of U.S. President Donald Trump, that he made illegal payments to two women who allegedly had sex with Trump. Cohen entered a guilty plea for breaking campaign finance laws and other charges that implicated Trump in a federal crime. It is noted that the plea agreement does not compel him to cooperate with federal prosecutors.
