Abstract Let R be a commutative Noetherian ring of dimension two with 1 / 2 ∈ R and let A = R [ X 1 , ⋯ , X n ]. Let P be a projective A -module of rank 2. In this article, we prove that P is cancellative if ∧ 2 (P) ⊕ A is cancellative. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
