Clinical case report on treatment of Listeria monocytogenes meningoencephalitis: Intrathecal injection.

Key Clinical Message: This article mainly reports the process of clinical diagnosis and treatment of a misdiagnosed Listeria monocytogenes meningoencephalitis. The patient's condition is aggravated because of the ineffective prophase therapy.
