Abstract
- The article focuses on Wolf-Parkinson-White syndrome on a young women with history of palpitation for syncope. Topics discussed include history of unsuccessful radiofrequency ablation for Wolf-Parkinson-White syndrome complicated by complete heart block necessitating dual-chamber pacemaker implantation of the girl; partial recovery of atrioventricular conduction by pacemaker implantation; and revelation of sinus rhythm after pacemaker implant by treadmill stress ECG.
