Abstract
- The original results, related to the influence of selected electrical parameters of the abrasive electrodischarge grinding process on the surface layer and heat penetrating into the workpiece, derived from the energy of abrasive grinding and the energy of the discharges, in comparison to the conventional grinding method were presented and discussed in this paper. The basis of this work has been investigations of the deep grinding of surfaces of the samples made of Ti6Al4V titanium alloy using a cubic boron nitride (CBN) grinding wheel with metallic binding agent.
