B INTRODUCTION: b We report a case of an electrocautery knife biopsy of an endobronchial lesion complicated by bronchial artery pseudoaneurysm with massive hemoptysis one month later. Three months later, repeat bronchoscopy with Electrocautery knife and loop biopsy was performed for further sampling on endobronchial lesions in the left lingula, right bronchus intermedius and right upper lobe without immediate complications.
