Abstract
- The article discusses the benefits of Town of Natick, Massachusetts'Pay-As-You-Throw (PAYT) waste disposal program which includes fixing a municipal budget shortfall, reducing the amount of trash, and increasing recycling. Topics discussed include the views of JeremyMarsette, Director of Public Works for the Town of Natick, on recycling programs, a residential curbside food waste, and food-soiled paper collection, and challenges for trash and recycling.
