ACT ON ACCESSIBILITY.

The article presents some guidelines for theater managers on making accessibility commitment and creating a more inclusive environment. These include hiring people with disabilities in all areas of production, creating more roles that are written for and portrayed by actors with disabilities, and training employees the basics of how to interact with people with disabilities. Also mentioned is the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) which requires theaters to create a more inclusive approach.
