The exploitation of mineral raw materials belongs to the field of mining activity subject to entity mining laws. In addition to the Mining law, minerals exploitation in Bosnia and Herzegovina is nowadays regulated by the application of a number of laws and ordinances / for which different entities are in charge, as well as in the Federation of B&H and cantonal ministries, as well as inspections.
