The article presents an account from the author from one of his clinical experiences during his neonatal rotations when he came across a term infant with congenital anomalies. He offers a description of the infant, along with his approach in recognizing the infant's syndromes which he believes to be a type of dwarfism. Also explained is thanatophoric dysplasia or dwarfism.
