Abstract
- With deepening the reform of the system and mechanism of scientific evaluation of science and technology, the establishment and improvement of the mechanism of performance evaluation for experimental technicians have become important issues to promote the reform of scientific and technological evaluation in colleges and universities. The improvement of performance evaluation system can stimulate the enthusiasm of experimental technicians and bring their maximum potential and value into full play. It is beneficial to the improvement of scientific research and teaching ability and the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. Through literature review, questionnaire survey and interview, this paper analyzes the current situation of performance evaluation of experimental technicians in colleges and universities. It explores the main problems in the performance evaluation system, such as the lack of innovation strategy, the imperfect evaluation process and the lack of performance feedback. On the basis of empirical research, this paper proposes to improve performance culture, integrate innovative performance indicators, and pay more attention to performance feedback and performance communication. This paper comprehensively reconstructs the performance process and constructs the performance evaluation system of innovation quality and service contribution orientation. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
