Abstract
- The article reports that the basis for the Star ratings is derived from the Public Library Survey (PLS) of the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS). It presents information on the Howard County Library System. It states that Under the new standard, e-collections use should be added to the LJ Index in 2020 (FY18 data), and library website visits in 2021 (FY19 data).
