Abstract

Paper describes the program implementation of a conservative semi-Lagrangian method of 5th order for the graphical processor units (GPUs). Specific approaches to the parallelization using the CUDA architecture are discussed. The developed code is verified using the problem of a collisionless evolution of contact discontinuity.
