Abstract
- In recent decades, polycrystalline diamond composite (PDC) bit has been rapidly developed, and becomes the main drill bit in oil drilling. However, the PDC hit is easy to he adhered by the debris in the mud layer, which leads to the failure of the drill and the accident of the well. In this paper, for PDC bit and mud lithic adhesion problems, biological non smooth surface technology is used to drill mud package control, through of natural organisms surface nonsmooth surface morphology analysis. A non-smooth surface model is established; non-smooth surface anti adhesion performance is tested, indoor experiment is carried out under the different forms of non-smooth surface specimen antiadhesion properties. This research provided new ideas and methods for the prevention and treatment of PDC bit balling. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
