Abstract

The article highlights the statement of U.S. Representative Eleanor Holmes Norton on the inclusion of citizenship question on the questionnaire of 2020 Census. According to Norton, she introduces the Ensuring Full Participation in the Census Act of 2018 that would prohibit the Census Bureau to include questions on the decennial census about immigration, nationality or citizenship status.
