The article reports on the executive turnover recorded by state-owned enterprises (SOEs) in Poland. The populist Law and Justice (PiS) party has gained executive positions at SOEs since coming to power in 2015. The government also controls banks, an insurance company and defense groups, as well as energy, mining and petrochemical companies. The effect of constant turnover risks on SOEs is also discussed.
