This paper aims to discuss the ethical dimensión of mystical experience from a naturalized perspective, ie, using data provinding by various scientific perspectives on these kinds of experiences. The development of this approach focuses on thinking this ethical dimension from the concepts of exercise and practice, following the use of the term by authors like Michel Foucault and Pierre Hadot.
