Abstract

【Objective】 The impact of temperature on the content of flavonoids, aroma, alkaloids, sugars, amino acids and organic acids in different field growth periods of tobacco plant was analyzed in this paper. 【Method】 The study was performed using chromatography-mass spectrometry based method. 【Result】 The statistic result showed that in root spreading stage, temperature change had much influence on the content of aroma, amino acids and organic acids. In fast growing period, temperature change had much influence on the content of flavonoids, aroma and organic acids, while in maturing period temperature change had much influence on the content of flavonoids, aroma, amino acids and organic acids. Eleven significant differential metabolites with change ratio 2.6, 17 significant differential metabolites with change ratio 3.7, and 15 significant differential metabolites with change ratio 3.2 were extracted from root spreading period, fast growing period and maturing period, respectively. 【Conclusion】 The fast-growing period with more differential metabolites and larger change ratio of the metabolites showed temperature change in this period influenced tobacco metabolism deeper than that in the rest two periods.
