The article presents case study of 83‑year‑old male diagnosed with metastatic melanoma. Topics discussed include derangements in renal or liver function or elevated eosinophil counts are symptoms of the disease; eruption of numerous hyperkeratotic papules and nodules on forearms and hands; and treatment of the disease from ipilimumab and triamcinolone inhibitors.
