Abstract
- This paper is part of the study on the transformations in the organization of the teaching school work that gives continuity to the analysis of the relations between pedagogical field and teachers' union field in Córdoba province. The aim of this paper is to describe, from a sociohistorical perspective, some principles that structured the model of organization of the teaching school work arisen with the teachers' statutes in the late 50's; its legitimacy conditions and working and pedagogical implications; as well as its limits as part of the processes of educational massification, new state demands towards teaching work and the progressive recognition of education as a right. From there, the emergence of new principles that begin to regulate the organization of teaching work is presented as a hypothesis. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
