Topics discussed include the case of Jamie Tillman who was imprisoned for public intoxication and misdemeanor charges through the judgement of Municipal Court Judge John C. Ross, the portrayal of inequality and discrimination among poor or low-income defendants, and the incarceration of defendants for nonpayment of fines.
