Abstract

Abstract For a positive semidefinite matrix H = [ A X X ⁎ B ] , we consider the norm inequality ‖ H ‖ ≤ ‖ A + B ‖. We show that this inequality holds under certain conditions. Some related topics are also investigated. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
