Abstract: Intradiploic hematoma is extremely rare, especially in infant patients. Less than 15 cases were reported in English literature up to now. Here, we presented another intradiploic hematoma in an infant boy without coagulopathy. A left parietal craniotomy was performed. Post-operative CT showed well-reconstructed skull.
