Abstract
- Google for Education (GFE) is a set of software / applications that involve several activities aimed at teachers and students of different ages and needs. Each teacher has an experience with educational software. The general objective of the research is to identify possible differences in the perception of quality of GFE educational software using the theory of generations. The method used was a quantitative case study involving one of the pioneering faculties in the great São Paulo. The results showed that there is a difference between the generations of generation Y (22 to 40 years old) among Baby Boomers (57 to 75 years old). A more detailed analysis showed that the divergence is in the quality of the system. The constructs of quality of information and quality of service (support) did not differ. The study points to a greater need for support for teachers who are in the Baby Boomers generation. The difficulties faced by teachers can affect the teaching and learning process. Teachers with greater difficulties need more support. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
