Abstract

The article focuses on the theoretical tools of Refoundation of the School like the Mülhmann effect in pedagogy. It discusses the institutionalization, sociology of religions, French and Russian revolutions, organize learning with priority of primary school and relevance of this tool. It also talks about the failure of the prophecy in pedagogy.
