Abstract
- The article discusses the provision of online acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) to combat work-related stress in staff members at the Great Britain National Health Service (NHS) England agency, and it mentions how many workers at NHS trusts report feeling physically unwell in the workplace. Internet-based self-help programmes and a relational frame theory (RFT) are assessed, along with psychological flexibility, quality of life, and mindfulness skills.
