Abstract

This paper describes a cross-fertilization approach between a novel sub-nanosecond transient analyzer based on nonsimultaneous spatial sampling and a high-resolution algorithm based on subspace decomposition and the eigen-analysis method. Our targeted goal is the real-time measurement of the angle of arrival (AOA) devoted to a connected vehicle in the field of intelligent transport systems (ITS). © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
