It is well known how massive are the welfare programs known as Conditional Cash Transfer since the beginning of the 21st Century. In this context, we investigate the processes of in/equality that these policies constitute. This paper aims to reflect on the implementation of Conditional Cash Transfer Programs in Buenos Aires City, based on the case of Ciudadanía Porteña. We propose a path through its design and an analysis of its implementation, based on in-depth interviews with recipients, as well as considering the available official information and academic literature on the subject.
