Abstract: The article focuses on the message of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates and ruler of Dubai, delivered at the 2019 World Government Summit, regarding the challenges which UAE surpassed through wisdom. He says that the wisdom and future vision of Prince of Dubai Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has strengthened the UAE's journey and soft power through his projects and initiatives.
