Abstract

This article presents information on several products related to chromatography. Phenomenex Inc. has produced an application note demonstrating how a simple reversed-phase HPLC method can be used for both purification and analysis of crude synthesized oligonucleotides in less than 30 minutes. From method development to preparative separations, the SuperPure 50 and 200 are the latest SFC/HPLC products from Thar Technologies Inc. Applications using the PSS HighSpeed family of columns from PSS Polymer Standards Service permit reductions in GPC analysis time for polymers >2000 D without loss in resolution, accuracy or reproducibility.
