- The article discusses about the Seattle Public Library(SPL) in Seattle, Washington supporting affected library patrons and partners during to the federal government partial shutdown for 35 days in 2019. Topics include cases affected due to the shutdown featuring Michael Dowling's "Money Smart Week" workshop; Jay Lyman planning the "Energize Your Business" series workshop; and the opportunities SPL provide to the patrons to begin their journey as entrepreneurs featuring Lindy Gerdes.
