Abstract

B Learning Objectives: b Acute symptomatic seizures (ASyS) are common in the critically ill patient. When compared to EP (n=15,311) patients, ASyS patients were older (p<0.001), more likely to be male (p<0.001) and black (p<0.001), have worse scores on QOLIE-10 (p<0.001), and PROMIS-GH Physical Health (p=0.037) and LSSS Ictal (p=0.006) scales. B Conclusions: b PROs were similar between ASyS and EP patients for most of the domains assessed in this study; although, ASyS patients had worse epilepsy specific quality of life.
