临床药师参与肺部感染伴脓毒血症患者的抗感染治疗实践.

OBJECTIVE: To probe into the pharmacological care mode of anti-infective treatment for patients with pulmonary infection and sepsis by clinical pharmacists. METHODS: For a patient with pulmonary infection and sepsis, the clinical pharmacists tracked the treatment throughout the whole process, and assisted the clinicians to adjust and formulate individualized medication plans in a timely manner through the pre-judgment and evidence. RESULTS: Clinical pharmacists provided efficient pharmaceutical services for the patient, and the patient’s infection was timely controlled. CONCLUSIONS: Clinical pharmacists are supposed to use professional advantages and occupational sensitivity to provide efficient and quality pharmacy services for the clinic. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
