Abstract
- The article presents a case study of 10-year-old girl complaining of upper abdominal pain and vomiting. It notes the vital signs of axillary temperature, respiratory rate in physical examination, routine stool and urine tests showing weak positive faecal occult blood without erythrocytes, and normal ultrasonography.
