Abstract
- The article discusses the decision by the Florida First District Court of Appeal in Arena Football League v. Bishop. The case addressed the eligibility of a player named Bryon Bishop to receive workers' compensation for an injury he sustained during a team tryout. The court examined the validity of an employment contract existed between the player and the Arena Football League (AFL).
