Abstract

The article offers some tips for food habits for maintaining cardiovascular fitness. Tips discussed include taking omega-3 supplements in the food which are mainly found in fishes, suggestion to limit the intake of sodium for people with heart failure or salt-sensitive high blood pressure, and regular physical activities such as cardio exercises.
