制革污泥超临界直接液化制油实验研究.

Abstract

Ethanol and sludge were added into a high-pressure reactor to realize the liquefaction of sludge to oil by using the supercritical characteristics and hydrogen supply of ethanol. Then the residue and oil products were extracted by vacuum filter and rotary distillation, respectively. The effects of reaction temperature, residence time, sludge addition and catalyst type on the oil production rate have been investigated. It was found that when the reaction temperature is290 ℃, the residence time is 60 min and the solid-liquid ratio of sludge/ethanol is 1/20, the oil yield is the highest and can be increased to 45. 5% when sodium hydroxide is added. According to the analysis of the liquefied oil, the content of C element is increased by 105. 8%, the content of H element is increased by 71. 8%, the content of O element is greatly reduced, and the calorific value of the liquefied oil is 20. 12 MJ/kg higher than that of the sludge.The carbon chain of each component in liquefied oil is concentrated in C16-C20, mainly esters, accounting for56. 36%, while the content of alkanes is low, only 6. 32%.
