高校实验室低值易耗材料信息化管理之探索.

The application of informatization technology to university laboratory management is an inevitable trend of the development of colleges and universities, and it is also an important symbol to measure the management level of colleges and universities. The information becomes the new support for the efficiency improvement of university laboratory management, and some innovations are brought. Under the background of informatization, based on the practical experience of the management of university laboratory low-value materials, this paper analyzes the present situation of laboratory low-value material shortage in universities, and deals with the significance of establishment of informatization management system. Combining with the exploration and the practice in Huaqiao University, this paper illustrates how to use advanced information technology, to regulate the management and build the information management platform such that the decentralized procurement of low-value materials can be concentrated checked and restored. By optimizing the management process, improving the efficiency of management, the standardization of laboratory low-value material, intensive and fine management are realized. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
