运用互联网+技术实现高校资产清查盘点的探索与实践.

With government’s increasing demand for delicate management of assets, more importance has been attached to asset inventory and stocktaking in colleges and universities. Regular asset inventory and stocktaking is of great significance since it can help find out the condition of assets, optimize and allocate resources rationally to a certain extent, hence, it lays a solid foundation for asset performance evaluation. Taking the 2016 national asset inventory by Ministry of Finance and the annual routine asset inventory and stocktaking practice in Xi’an Jiaotong University as basis, the paper analyzed the purpose and significance of stocktaking of instruments and equipment as well as furniture assets in colleges and universities, figured out the existing problems and exploratively put forward the new pattern of asset inventory and stocktaking with the method of "Internet + ". With the aid of the Internet characteristics including high efficiency and date sharing, the paper is intended to improve the traditional way of asset stocktaking, push asset stocktaking to a higher stage, prevent the loss of state-owned assets and put forward innovative ideas for future information construction of asset stocktaking.
