Abstract
- Reports that two newspapers owned by the Tribune Co. inflated circulation figures for the year ended September 2003 in the United States. Total number of copies reduced by "Newsday" a day; Reduction in "Hoy" Spanish-language daily newspaper's average weekday and Sunday circulation figures; Lawsuits filed by advertisers accusing "Newsday" of encouraging distributors to destroy unsold copies of the paper so that they would appear to have been sold.
